Wally Lee Smith Jr passed away on June 2, 2024 in Yuma, AZ at the age of 71.  He left this earth to spend eternity with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Born on May 16, 1953 in Portland, OR to Wallace and Caralee Smith.

A beloved Son, husband, father, brother and grandfather.  Wally is survived by his mother Caralee, his wife Christine, brother Richard, sisters Cheryl and Rhea, sons Michael, Byron and Stacey, daughters Carrie and Jenny, twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his father Wallace Sr. and his youngest brother Rodney, who passed 2 days prior.

Wally was a loving husband to Christine, they were married for 50 years.  Together they had five children that filled their home with love and lots of laughter.  They lived most of their lives in the Portland area and retired to Arizona in 2020.

He had the greatest entrepreneurial spirit.  He dreamed big, he made things happen, and soon after, he was moving on to the next big idea.  He was a hardworking man who loved his family and more importantly confessed his Faith in Jesus!

He gave the biggest hugs, he was known to throw a good party and would always tell you to "Keep Smiling".  He was a pillar of strength and a beacon of love, his absence leaves a void in our hearts.  So many lives were touched by the life of Wally, he will be dearly missed.

To commemorate Wally's life and Celebrate the memories we cherish we invite you to celebrate with us on November 3, 2024.  2pm to 4pm in the ballroom at Country Roads in Yuma, AZ.
