Our beloved Jose Luis Hernandez passed away on June 13, 2018 in Yuma, Arizona.  He was born in Valle de Santiago, Guanajuato, Mexico to Jose Hernandez and Romana Vazquez.  He is survived by his wife Martha Beatriz Rivera-Hernandez and five children, Jose Luis Hernandez, Jr., Ricardo Hernandez, Osbaldo Fabian Hernandez, Luis Angel Hernandez and Martha Teresa Selmon.  17 Nieces, 13 Nephews and 3 Grand Sons.
There will be a Funeral Service/Visitation on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 8:30 am at All Saints Cremation & Memorial Chapel located at 170 E. 17th Place Yuma, Arizona followed by burial at Sunset Vista Funeral Home and Cemetery at 11357 E. 40th Street, Yuma, Arizona 85367.
