Irene Beulah Banfill was born in Seattle, Washington on June 7, 1940 to Roy C. Scholl and Althea V. Downes.  She was a bookkeeper for several companies, loved arts and crafts, hiking, camping, fishing and traveling.  She also loved having friends and family over for dinner and games and was quite social.  She was married for 53 years to Glenn Carlton Banfill.

Irene will be loved and missed by surviving brother Terry, daughters Kareena, Denise and Cheryl and grandsons Lucas and Michael.

Per Irene's request, no services will be held.  Her cremated remains will be transported to Eastern Washington to be placed to rest with her husband in the Spring.
